I visited this Vision Center on 06/14/2023.
First let me commend the entire staff that works there. They were ALL so friendly. Ms. Pat was such a sweet heart for checking me in. Dr. Igene was so gentle and patient with me. I felt so comfortable the entire time being there.
HOWEVER, there is one who stand out in such a positive way, NATOYA! I interacted with her when I was making my appointment, and to my surprise she remembered me the moment I walked in. She welcomed me with a big bright smile and a calm friendly tone. What a way to start off my morning, I LOVED IT! She helped me picked my frame, helped me decided on my lens, and little did I know, I was causing damages to my previous lens when She educated me about the thing I should and shouldn't do. (I got it all wrong before, and thanks to her, I will take better care of my new glasses.) I genuinely appreciated the top tier level customer service she provided to me. I felt IMPORTANT ! And that was more than I expected. Thank you so much for taking care of me NATOYA!

I was in the vision center purchasing some glasses and I was so confused on which one I would like, but there was a sweet young lady named Muriam she was such a sweetheart she really helped me choose the best glasses. And now I feel more confident going out with glasses the ones she helped me pick suit me and they are so comfortable and very durable my other glasses used to break everyday. THANK YOU MISS. Took my 11 yr old granddaughter in for her appt and was told the Dr was gone for today. No prior notice, nor phone call. Rescheduled while my granddaughter had to go another wk w/o glasses! On her next appt eyes was examined and an a new prescription taken for her new glasses. Returned the following wk for her new glasses and the prescription was wrong so wrong my granddaughter would not see through them. She stated everything was "blurry." By this time the service here terrible! One of the foreign employees there tried to force us to take the glasses and "break them in" her words. By this time I am done and very upset. My daughter requested a refund and went to Walmart (Washington Blvd)). Btw was the original location and my granddaughter received the correct prescription and glasses.
The Catonsville location is sabotaging the our children for the almighty Dollar!! Intentionally, prescribing stronger prescription and eventually our children's eyes will be damage all for the love of Money!! Please don't except the glasses if your child says they are blurry! Please don't'

Very unprofessional
Put me on walk in status because the same high guy who sets the appointments obviously doesn't put it in the system when I call to verify appointment "i missed it", How Not only once but 3 times!? Why would I I have one contact in my eye and I haven't had new ones in almost a year now. I guess because they think I'm young I'm dumb, far from it, and will going over their heads.

I went to the vision center at this location to get a new pair of frames for my daughter's glasses. This is where I got them from originaly. The woman working looked at the frames for 30 seconds and said sorry we don't carry these frames. When I told her that I got them from here she said well we don't carry them anymore. She didn't even look at the wall of frames or look up my information or anything. So I had to wait until the next time I was off which was a week later and go to the ellicott city location. In less than 10 minutes they were able to replace the frames and they asked why I didn't go to the Catonsville location. I told them I was told walmart no longer carry these frames. She said clearly someone didn't want to do their job that day and I agree!!!! Inconvenienced and my daughter had to go a week in school without being able to see for what???? Just cause someone wanted to be lazy. Smh I'll never be going back to this location and would advice anyone to bypass it if u ever think about going! Very unprofessional staff!

Bad customer service. Called to tell me my glasses were ready and then said I can't pick them up because they are closed. 2nd visit to pick them up, I was told that there was no one in the store to assist me and come back in 20 minutes. 3rd time is today ..sitting here with no assistance. I was ignored so I asked if someone could help and the girl said I'm on lunch but the other girl will help shortly. Well. Now is shortly! And no assistance!
