Great experience at this location! I got there over 15 minutes early expecting to wait, but they started my appointment right away. The appointment moved along quickly, the doctor was very kind and explained everything very well. Staff up front was friendly and attentive. Pricing with the exam and glasses was super affordable!

I had an eye exam at this location using vision insurance in network and was expecting to pay only my standard contact lens copay. I requested to keep my prescription unchanged, as it has been the same for over 10 years. However, after the exam, I was charged $145 without being informed in advance that an additional evaluation would incur extra costs. I have been receiving eye exams for over 35 years, and this is the first time I have encountered a situation like this. If you choose to visit this office, I strongly recommend confirming all charges upfront rather than assuming they will align with your insurance coverage. As a local resident, I prefer to support community businesses, but due to this experience, I do not plan to return.

Good doctors and kind staff.They are sooo good.The two stars given is bcz of them only.
But I'm not satisfied with the frames I've received. I've purchased Prada frames this time and MK frames last year, and both have had quality issues. For branded frames, they should arrive in perfect condition, but unfortunately, I'm disappointed. There are lots of options but when we choose this place we expect quality frames .Must work on it.

I had the lenses done here a couple of years back so thought I'd pop in to see if they could fix them. Within just a few minutes my glasses were like new again! Look the same as the day I got them. Then they sent me in my way free of charge. Thank you so much for your kind and friendly service. I'll certainly be back for all my eye care needs.
