Target Optical

Really unpleasant experience with a woman named Barbara at the Cockeysville location in optical. Stopped by to explain that I had purchased glasses, and returned before because one eye was incorrect. They ordered me new lenses. When I told them it still felt incorrect they told me it would "settle in". It didn't Came back for a third time today to explain this. Instead of being understanding I got a lecture on how I should have asked to see the doctor the second time (which no one there told me) and how I must have messed up the original eye exam myself (huh?) I was also told it was too late as I purchased last year. I was understanding of this and told her it's ok if there is nothing you can do. I've been taking care of my Mom and live far from here so i rarely make it out. But why she had to kind of make a scene talking down to me about how I must have done something wrong was not ok. Plus, the last time I came in to have them corrected the woman apologized and said they must have messed up. I got a little heated too but kept it cool all things considered. Am I wrong to think that they should have fixed them correctly either the first or second times? And shouldn't I have felt free to at least stop by and discuss this? Not sure what my great sin was. How is it my fault they keep giving me the wrong lens's? I really think with that many mess-ups you should at least be compassionate towards the customer, and not make up things to try and blame them. Thank you for listening Mike

I have been bringing my son here for the past year and a half and we adore RON :) He is so great with not only my son but with all the customers here. He makes the experience fun and he's knowledgeable and takes his job seriously. We are always in and out in no time at all! Three pairs of glasses now (my son is 6) and every single time Ron has helped us. Five star service!!

Always receive prompt and professional service at this location. Been a customer for many years and the optometrist and opticians are very knowledgeable and helpful. Walked in yesterday to get my glasses fixed and figured I'd have to pick them up later. But in less than 5 minutes they got the lense back in the frame, replaced the mounting screws and nose pads and cleaned the glasses. No charge. Hard to find such good service.

Wonderful service! Took us on a walk in and saw us short notice! Very accommodating, very cheap exam with or without insurance. Would definitely come back again for an exam and frames

My experience here was AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND! I had a situation where I traveled to Florida for thanksgiving to see my family and needed my prescription from 15hr away! Brenda helped me so much, even speaking to another optical target worker from across states to let me have my vision for the holidays. I would've been devastated if I can't see. I have been going to Target Optical Cockeysville for over 6 years, eye exams and glasses. The office is run very efficiently, Dr. is very thorough and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. The prices for glasses has been very reasonable both out of pocket or working with insurance companies. Would highly recommend them.

Brenda and her associate at the target cockeysville were super nice, warm and sweet. Super helpful! Well worth the drive and time.

I absolutely love Dr Iqbal she is so kind and thorough with my annual checkups. The facility is clean and they offer complimentary contact solution and cases. I had a great time interacting with the staff in the general office area, the check-in was super easy and getting fitted for glasses was a total breeze. I love this location everyone here is so friendly. Ended up ordering a year's supply of Acuvue Oasis for astigmatism contacts and also decided on two different pairs of glasses with the help from one of the lens experts. I highly recommend Target Optical and I have been coming here for over 5 years. Thank you Target Optical team!!
