Dr. Woody was knowledgeable and thorough and helped me to make some adjustments that really improved my vision. Warren is dedicated to making sure everything gets done properly and helped me to find lenses for my glasses that makes me want to wear my glasses more often. I see better and they are stylish. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them for great customer service.

I've been going to Crofton Optical for years and they are simply amazing! Warren is very accommodating and just an all around great person. I can't praise Kathy at the front desk enough. Hands down the best front desk/assistant EVER in ANY type of office. She is a ray of sunshine! I highly recommend Crofton Optical for an overall great experience!

Been coming here for two years and I can't praise this place enough. Warren is extremely knowledgeable and can navigate difficult optical situations. The new technology is excellent. It streamlined the whole process. Glasses and eye ware are never cheap but this place makes sure you get what you pay for and they stand behind it. Kudos to such a wonderful place.

Warren was pushy and not very customer friendly. Secretary was nasty over the phone also when I called about the glasses being ready. Not very good customer service. The eye doctor herself though was nice. Will never go back here and purchase anymore glasses. Taking my business elsewhere.

I have been doing business with Warren and Crofton Optical for a few years, and I find the service and staff to be excellent. Prices are not as cheap as the chains, but I feel you A) Get a better product and B) You get better, more knowledgeable service. I am very, very pleased with Crofton Optical, and will continue to patronize them as long as they are open.

The doctor was great! She was very thorough with my son. Warren was pushy and had an attitude when I flat out told him that I wouldn't be spending an arm and a leg on glasses for a 10 yr old. He told me what my insurance would cover and it seemed a little off. I called my insurance directly after I left and found out he was wrong... I'm sure it was intentional as we all know those kind of salespeople work on commission. When I spoke to him again, he seemed stand-offish when I told him about the information I received from my insurance (caught in a lie). He's just one of those douchey salesman who don't really care about their job. It's all about money!

Love this place. Quality and care. Warren and his staff are awesome. So welcoming and informative. Also Warren makes sure you look good before you leave.

I agree with all the previous 5 star reviews. The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I've been going to opticians for 70 years and I finally found perfection!
