Regional Eye Associates

This has been my sons eye doctor since he was around 4 years old. We brought up concerns that he always says he can see better without his glasses that they prescribed. They always said he's in the correct glasses & the prescription was correct. After a eye exam from other professionals it was determined he had double the correction he needed. No wonder he couldn't see with his glasses on

This is the worst place I have ever been to. My eye appointment was cancelled in January next appointment was December. They canceled that also. I have MPC for medical. Now they don't take it and wouldn't tell me. I have waited for a year now to find out "Oh we don't do eye exams " What? This makes me so mad cause eyes are getting worse. Be honest people and tell folks to don't do that anymore!!!! Do Better

I cant even get in to see anybody for 5 months. They say they only have a doctor there 2 days a week, and one extra day once a month. But theyre open 5 days a week? I asked why, and what theyre doing for 5 days, and they said "testing and other stuff" How, if you dont have doctors or patients? Seems they are collecting a paycheck to answer the phone and tell us this. Our healthcare system is like this everywhere now. Nobody does anything while we go without care. Ill be blind before I can get an appointment.

The assistants were friendly, patient and helpful. My doctor was so kind and explained whatever I asked of him. He explained the procedure of cataract surgery to me for whenever I decide to have it done. I highly recommend Regional Eye Associates.

Staffs were wonderful but not counselor and a doctor. The counselor talked a lot to go over many paperworks and two things I remembered clearly: hospital would call to give me the time of surgery and I couldn't drive after the surgery. I asked the doctor and he confirmed I couldn't drive for 24 hours after surgery. BUT both failed to mention the most important thing that I couldn't eat 8 hours before the surgery. I read the paperworks but none mentioned no eating and no driving before and after surgery. A few day before the surgery I got a voicemail from hospital but it was a low voice that i only remembered the time of the surgery. So when I was at the hospital the nurse asked did I eat breakfast and I said yes. She said no surgery. She was wonderful. I then called Reginal Eye Cumberland and cancelled all appointments. Then I listened to the voicemail again and at the end of the voicemail hospital did mention no eating but somehow it failed to register because I was preoccupied with what counselor and doctor told me and what I read on paperworks.

This office is practicing safe guidelines and treating people with compassion. This is my new Eye Care Facility. Thank you Dr. Maybe and staff. Great service and expert optical knowledge...

Staff is phenomenal. Dr. G is very professional and down to earth, very concerned and personable about each of his patients.
