Kristy was very patient and extremely helpful as I picked out my first pair of glasses (I am approaching mid century). She educated me on what the lenses meant and helped make sure my work roles and lifestyle (computer reading and active) fit the frame and lenses - blue blocker, anti scratch, and orbit). So grateful!!

We were well cared for from start to finish. The staff was professional, kind and helpful. We are bringing our other children back to this location for sure. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good experience without any pressure to purchase. They were informative throughout the process even regarding price.

What a convenient way to get an eye appointment utilizing their website. The technicians were professional, efficient, and informative to my eye care. Dr. Hsiao too was on point, professional, and had a brilliant sense of humor. Ms. Britton was a great help finding the perfect glasses to suit my face. My first virtual and all the diagnostic test was a great experience.

I had a previously poor experience at this chain at a different location and am very glad I gave it another chance. I HIGHLY recommend THIS particular location if at all possible for your vision needs. Every single staff member I interacted with both in person and virtually were top of their game, personable, and paid attention to me as an individual. Also, Dr. Paul, you MUST request him for your appointment if you're in need of some humor to lighten up your day. Just set that bar low is all...it's dad jokes on life support but somehow that makes it just that much more endearing. You'll thank me later ;-D
