I had cataract surgery on both eyes performed by Dr. Oboh-Weilke. I am astounded by the results! Dr. Oboh-Weilke completed a very thorough exam of my eyes during our initial consultation. She explained the surgery and all options to me in detail before the procedure. She has a calm and caring demeanor that puts you at ease. The surgeries were performed in a matter of minutes with no complications. My vision is better than it has been in 30 years! Dr. Oboh-Weilke is an excellent physician. She is competent and professional. I would recommend her to anyone in need of cataract surgery.

Dr. Aruoriwo M. Oboh-Weilke (Dr. Oboh for short) of Consulting Ophthalmologists is a very skilled and competent eye doctor and surgeon, as well as a board-certified ophthalmologist. I recommend her to you without any reservation. She explains her planned treatments to me in detail, listens and responds to my questions, and writes her instructions down for me to take home. Her bedside manner is both cordial and comforting, and she always discusses my procedures with my wife and me in the surgical center before and after my surgery (cataracts, both eyes). Dr. Oboh uses the latest methods and technology and is communicative and comforting in the operating room during procedures. Dr. Oboh has offices located in Waldorf and Hollywood, Maryland, and she maintains professional relationships with many area hospitals and surgical facilities. Her office staff, Julia and Kayla, are knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and, most important to me, pleasant. This is my opinion based on my ongoing experiences with Dr. Oboh and her staff, and I have not received consideration of any kind in return for sharing my thoughts.

Doctors visit was fine but they screwed up the insurance paperwork. It's been almost a year of me informing them that they submitted the claim under the wrong insurance number. Instead of resubmitting the claim with the correct information they just keep billing me.

Very thorough and professional. First time patient-- very pleased so far. Took time to explain and answer questions.

Awful office. Do not recommend, they do not take medical conditions seriously. Zero regards for an urgent condition.
