Dr. MacQuaid did a phenomenal job! On my eye surgery. This was my second ptosis surgery and I was very nervous about the results. To say she did a wonderful job is an understatement my eyelid looks so even to my other one now! Her staff was very helpful during the whole process and the surgery was a complete breeze! No pain afterwards! My eye looks amazing! I highly recommend Dr. MacQuaid!

Dr. MacQuaid and her staff are the best! I've been to several other doctors for the same procedure and none compare to this practice. Teresa and Tracy greet you with a smile and are so knowledgeable. Brianna is always empathetic, friendly and professional. Dr. MacQuaid is top notch! She is understanding and always takes her time, somehow without ever running behind schedule. She is an amazingly skilled doctor and I can't recommend this practice enough!

Dr. MacQuaid in the Hunt Valley office was wonderful! I was a little nervous having work done near my eye but she made me feel so comfortable and didn't even realize stitches were being placed. Highly recommend MacQuaid Eye Institue.

Dr.MacQuaid performed a meticulous cyst removal on my eyelid and I was nervous!! The staff was amazing and very real about how the experience would go. My eyelid has healed with no scarring and the aftercare was easy!

I was referred by my ophthalmologist for a consult on blepharoplasty surgery because I had failed a vision test (which you need for insurance approval). Dr. MacQuaid came in and quickly went through my options. She took a couple of pictures and said insurance won't approve me. I questioned this because my opthalmologist said it would be approved. She said I wouldn't be approved by the insurance company and then handed me off to her "surgery coordinator", who gave me a huge price to pay out of pocket. I left feeling like they were just trying to sell me on the procedure and to pay out of pocket because they get more than insurance rates. Went to a different doctor and the surgery was quickly APPROVED. I had to switch insurance before surgery so we had to do the approval process again. And again, the procedure was APPROVED. Beware because either Dr. MacQuaid isn't up on insurance requirements or was outright lying to me. And in response to their response: both of my insurance companies did a pre authorization but you weren't even willing to try that when I specifically asked. Of course you adhere to insurance requirements... otherwise you wouldn't have a practice. That's not what I was talking about so your response isn't really addressing the issue.

I had a syst removed from the corner of my eye. Since it was on my face.... I was concerned about the procedure and post. I was recommended Dr.MacQuaid by my optometrist. Dr. MacQuaid is one of a kind. I am so amazed at all of the surgeries that she performs. I would only recommend her for all of your cosmetic and ocular procedures. Thank you Doctor and her entire staff!!!

She is highly trained, professional, and caring. She spent time listening to my concerns and provided me with the best care possible. Dr. MacQuaid is absolutely phenomenal! She is always courteous and on time! Whenever I have a medical issue arise, her office gets me in immediately.
