There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to be a patient of Dr. McConkey. Her attention to detail, passion for this field, and dedication to her patients is amazing. She's gone above and beyond to not only understand my extensive medical history, but also takes the time to address all of my concerns during each visit, and can individualize a treatment plan in the blink of an eye (she is incredibly efficient). She did Rinsada for me when I was having a flare in my eye allergies and that was the refresh my eyes needed to help relieve the irritation. Nothing that close to your eye is ever comfortable, but she was done with both of my eyes in no time at all. Dr. McConkey's team is one worth mentioning, as well. The level of care, consideration, and compassion that I've experienced each and every time that I've visited is remarkable - from the moment I walk through the front door to the moment I am walking out the door, all I've ever experienced was kindness and warmth. As someone who has suffered from significant dry eye and severe eye allergies for almost 2 years now, with Dr. McConkey's expertise, I've regained my quality of life and finally found genuine relief. I give all my praise and respect to Dr. McConkey, and could not recommend her more!

7 months ago I started suffering from dry eye symptoms. As someone in their early 20s, it has been very frustrating and I just wanted to know why this was the case, I saw a couple eye doctors and was just thrown eye drops and told this will be a life long issue.
