I highly recommend this office. I was able to get an appointment quickly to get new contact lenses, and Dr. Stanchel was very accommodating and worked with me a lot when the first brand I tried was not comfortable. I also had initial issues with the fit of my glasses and she continued to correct them and even ordered a new pair to make sure they ended up being comfortable. I also agree what another reviewer that she's helpful in finding a pair that looks really cute! The customer service aspect here was the best I've ever experienced at an optometrist's office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Stanchel at Next Level Eye Care for several years now, and I can honestly say she sets the bar high for what great care should look like. She is always polite, professional, and approachable, which makes every appointment feel comfortable. One thing I really appreciate is the way she takes the time to explain conditions and results clearly. She doesn't rush through the exam, and if you have questions, she answers them directly and honestly. I always walk out with a much better understanding of my eye health, which gives me peace of mind. Her office staff is just as amazing -- they're friendly, efficient, and very organized. They send text reminders for appointments, which has been a lifesaver for me more than once. They're also very flexible with scheduling, which I really value because, let's be real, life happens. The office itself is always clean, calm, and relaxed, which makes every visit even more pleasant. From start to finish, every visit is smooth, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Alizzi is amazing. Her office is so clean and she is so personable. I made appointments for my daughter and I, and we were in and out quickly and treated with care and respect. I have nothing but positive things and highly recommend her and Next Level Eye Care. Dr. Alizzi explained everything she did before she did it and was thoroughly cleaning after every part of the eye exams. The appointment felt very personal and not stacked on top of another person. 10/10 for respecting my time. 12/10 for service.

Had a great experience with Dr. Stanchel! She is thorough and takes her time at the appointment. She explains every detail along the way. Bonus: she has great taste in glasses and helped me pick out a very stylish pair of new frames! I have found my eye doc!

Dr. Stanches was great! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I can't thank her enough for being so patient with me as I struggled to get my first pair of contacts in. I world recommend her to anyone looking for an optometrist.

Extremely easy procedure. Staff was wonderful and kind. Dr was so intelligent she could explain everything to me in simple terms while showing me exactly what she was looking for in my results. 10/10, would recommend, and will continue using this practice

I was able to get an appointment the next day. Dr. Stanchel is very warm and reassuring. She explained everything she was doing and made me comfortable the entire time. I'm happy that I chose this practice. My only note is that it was rather warm inside the practice.

this place was amazing! staff was incredibly helpful as well as knowledgeable and tremendous patience. I had been to 2 stores prior to here looking and left both with nothing but frustration and a headache. but here it was calm and the staff knew what they had in stock instead of the others that said go pull out each drawer idk what's in there they made excellent suggestions based on my general description of what I wanted and I ended up leaving extremely satisfied! this is definitely where to go for glasses 100%!
