Each and every representative is always super nice and accommodating whenever I come. I ordered my first glasses here, and they were super patient while explaining all the options. I have since come back a couple of times to adjust some things, and they were always happy to help out. On top of exceptional service and an amazing friendly atmosphere, the prices are great as well. I recently had a horrible experience with the manager Danielle. I initially was informed my frames were loss but when speaking to Danielle she stated my frames were broken. NO apology was given. I stated I would like a refund for my broken frames the words out of her mouth was Nope, Nope our policy is to come in and pick out a frame. There is nothing in the store that compares to what I purchased. I expected a little more compassion. Over talking me and stating "I'm speaking " is not how you treat a customer when my frames were broken or loss. I would like to say Ms. Lucas and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
