Check-in was easy with use of their kiosk. The staff was friendly and efficient. The optometrist was also welcoming, knowledgeable, and well-able to explain her findings. My new eyeglasses precription was provided and I was then sent to the optician side of the practice. The gentleman who assisted me, Justin Gooding, was friendly and knowledgeable. When I mentioned the style and color of the eyeglasses frames I hoped to buy, he was able to immediately select exactly what I wanted. He was also kind enough to offer to replace a nose piece on my current pair of glasses, which he did as well as to tighten the glasses so that they fit more comfortably. He explained my insurance benefit and what my out-of-pocket cost would be. He was vrry personable and shared that he had worked in my neighborhood in his recent past and probably knew my then neighbor.

Wonderful service! Diego was SUCH a lifesaver! I fell and "broke" my glasses, dislocated the arm, and was so worried I'd have to get new ones. They're my absolute favorite frames & I was just not in the mood to get new glasses. Diego not only fixed them in a timely manner, but the fix is perfect & I can't even tell there was a problem to begin with. He actually made them better than even before. Plus, it was free! LOL. Incredible service

My visit at Kaiser today was excellent. Optometrist Dr Kahn was an outstanding diagnostician, both competent and with great bedside manner. The optician was also efficient and polite and well versed in her profession.
