Everyone was absolutely amazing! From checking in to frame shopping everyone was very personable. To my girl Shawn (I hope I'm spelling that right) I felt so very heard when explaining what I liked in a frame and you picked banger after banger for me to choose from. The eye exam itself was quick but not by any means rushed. Doctor was great and listened to any eye worries I had. 10/10 recommend!

Office is very clean and professional, all the staff in the office were so friendly and kind. I was in and out of the office quickly but Dr.P did answer any questions I had about the exam and he was so professional. Chrissy was very helpful with any insurance questions I had during my visit and she made the process so easy! I highly recommend this office!

I used to not enjoy going to the eye doctors although my attitude has changed since going to Dr. Polakoff. He's the only eye doctor I've ever had that actually put contacts in for me (most never do) and he goes above and beyond during the appointment. My visits over the last 5 years have been easy to schedule, prompt, painless, and I appreciate the value regarding the contacts and glasses I've purchased (oftentimes there's a really great rebate offered by the lens companies). A bonus is the polite and friendly staff.

My son and I are both new eye glass wearers and I was so impressed with the exam and service my son received on his visit, when I started to notice a decline in my own vision I was quick to make an appointment with them. Dr. Polakoff is a joy, he explained my problem with knowledge and patience. The whole staff is friendly. I will definitely continue to return here for my vision concerns and recommend family and friends as well!!

I called Dr. Polakoff's office after realizing that my 5-year-old son was having vision trouble. They were able to give us an appointment for both of my sons within 7 days, which is amazing since we had never been there before. The staff there was wonderful. We did not wait in the waiting room long. Dr. Polakoff explained to me very carefully what was going on with my sons' eyes in a way that I understood. He took his time with us and was very helpful! We ordered glasses for our older son. The price was excellent and the staff member who helped us with the glasses was wonderfully patient.

I've seen a good amount of different eye doctors, but have not been impressed by one until I started coming here. I was sent here for an appointment for the Reserves and was so pleased with my visit that this is the only doctor I will see from now on. Dr. Polakoff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. He gives very detailed and thorough exams. Every one of the staff are very friendly, honest, and helpful. When I came for my contacts prescription, I was expecting to get the prescription and to order them at home to save money. Instead, Dr. Polakoff price matched, without me even asking him to. He walked me back to the front desk and gave me his direct line to call if I had any issues at any time. To sum, the staff here go above and beyond what you normally see at any doctor's office and you'll walk away very happy.
