DR.David Blum

I have been using Doctor Blum for 20 so years, over 25 years, I started with his Rosedale office.And was very happy to see that they had a Manchester office.When I moved to Westminster, he is awesome.The staff at the desk changes but he is very reliable and a very nice doctor.

I made appointment with this office for eye examination for mdv for my driver's license. I have a paper to be filled out and told them about paper and was told they send over the documents on line to mva don't need paper for that. They then call me two days before appointment to confirm and I said I have your paper work you asked for me to fill out before I come to appointment done. I then said to make sure everything was good that they did not need my mba paper and first person said yes they need to fill that out for me to take in and I said I was told you did not need this paper. Longer story short she hangs up on me put on hold another person got on phone did not want to hear what I was told and that I need to do what am told an then raised her voice which they will deny at me what do I want to do . I said I would at first not hand up on someone and is this how you treat people she then hung up on me. Do not use this place they are very disrespectful and act like there is no other doctor around but them. I have a business and have never in 30 years done this no matter what. Save yourself the personal let down of hoping to be treated a a normal person with a smiling face and come out the same way.
