I just had an appointment scheduled for 12:20PM. They told me it was going to be Telehealth. I arrived on time and pre-registered. After a few minutes of waiting, someone did the initial eye exam. I was told to take a seat and someone would call me back shortly for the telehealth part with the doctor. I waited over an hour before I went up front and asked if they had forgotten about me (no one to be found in the area that I was in). I was informed that they were running a few minutes behind. After 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting, someone calls me back into a room with a screen and says 'Sorry for the wait. We only have 6 doctors available for all 16 locations.' I waited another 30 minutes before explaining that this was absolutely ridiculous. He stated that this is a persistent problem and there was nothing he could do. He kept checking and there were less and less doctors online. When there were only 2 left (busy), he said we needed to reschedule. Are you kidding me?! I just wasted more than 2 hours for an Eye Exam!!!!! I'm never coming back here AGAIN! The manager literally did not care at all. He just said this was the way it was and there was nothing they could do. No sorry, no nothing. INSANITY!

They are so helpful here, especially Kia! She is so patient and sweet. I was in and out in less than an hour on a Saturday morning. I really appreciate them and the Dr's may be remote but they still are really helpful and give quality care and answer any questions.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was not informed upfront that my eye exam would be a remote appointment with no doctor on site. The technician rushed through the process, spoke very fast, and did not explain the machines or procedures clearly. During the exam, their system failed, and after waiting with no support response, I was told to reschedule due to technical issues. Later, I was told my old prescription was valid and agreed to place an order, only to receive a vague delay notice with no explanation. Staff blamed the supplier and could not provide answers. Management follow-up was poor, communication was inconsistent, and no one seemed accountable. I will not order from this store again and would caution others.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everyone was professional and friendly. I was in and out within an hour. Al checked me out. She was very helpful and helped me make the right decisions. I will definitely back.

I've come here for eye exams for over ten years, and I'll continue to come here because I've had nothing but amazing experiences. Everyone is always so friendly, and it's a fast and easy time. They always offer deals, and there is a vast selection of glasses to pick from.

This exam was more throughly done versus my last eye exam. Last eye exam was 10 minutes, this exam I feel all boxes were checked to make sure my prescription was correct.

Very pleased with all the staff! Didn't have any problems with my appointment or picking my glasses up! I'm very thankful for the fast service.

My dad lost the screw in his glasses and the lens popped out. I dropped by on a Sunday and Kia immediately helped me, fixing my dad's glasses, so that he could see again. She didn't charge anything and was fast and courteous! We will be back for his vision exam in a few weeks. Excellent experience!
