I had such a great experience when I went to Walmart for my glasses! I just recently had a change in my vision and never had glasses. I was so nervous, but Angelica and Mary were so helpful in finding the right glasses for me! I really appreciated the time they took to find a pair of frames after I tried like 30 different styles on However, they were very understanding and patient with me. They weren't trying to rush me to just sell a pair of frames. Very great people and I would 100% recommend going here as the prices are so much more affordable than most eye doctors I got quotes from for frames and lenses!

I needed to order my bifocal glasses after cataract surgery. I went to three locations in Harford County who did not know how to order them. By chance I stopped at the Northeast Walmart Optical department, met Mary Harrison & asked if she could help. The instant answer was sure, I can help. Within a half hour I picked frames & she started processing the order that needed approval from my surgeon & the government. I had my new glasses ready for pu within 10 days. Great service by Mary & Walmart Optical Northeast!!

Really great service! Friendly. My appointment is next week for a contact lens exam, but I had to reschedule and Rebecca did that with ease for me! There's rarely a wait here. They do glasses adjustments for free. I'll update after my appointment next week.

I have been coming to this eye center since I was a little kid ! They exceed my expectations and they have a great range of prices for glasses!!! Marrium has been working with me for years ! She is absolutly fabulous and I love her ! She is so sweet and follows through with everything. She always makes sure you are taken care of and are satisfied before you leave. She never makes you feel like you are bothering her or taking too long. She is so patient and sweet ! The nicest lady I've ever met ! Shes nice with a funny spark ! After all these years she needs to be recognized!!!! Someone please tell her she is amazing !

Worst place ever to go get contacts. Everyone was completely helpful up until it was time for me to go and then they wanted to charge me a $35 fitting fee that I had never heard of before! They even told me outright that my insurance wouldn't pay for it. I talked to the manager about reimbursement from my insurance and he told me the doctor was having trouble filing it right then. Never going back there for vision appointments.
