Nice location, easy to find, plenty parking and not bad customer service, also the staff was ok. The place is very clean and organized. The Doctors are always very attentive and nice! I never had any problem. Nothing bad to say!

Called Wilmer Eye Institution as recommended by an urgent care doctor. I needed to be seen within 24 hours as instructed by the doctor. While sitting in my car in pain, I was told "sorry, we don't take your health insurance", in negotiations with your insurance company we could not come to an agreement ". Unbelievable!!!!

Always had great experiences here. Dr. Guo is an amazing doctor! The best doctor I have ever seen. Her expertise and professionalism really shows. I'd never go anywhere else. "(* ? *)no

My experience with Dr. Casey there was so-so; my experience with Dr. Guo, however, was outstanding! She was on-time, professional, and efficient. For a dilated eye exam, she got me in and out within 40 minutes from start to finish. I wish they have a larger office to meet the needs of their patients. The front desk was okay.

Not only is Dr. Emily Guo an expert at diagnosing double vision, but also she is an extremely nice person! She came to the waiting room to welcome me and take me to the exam room. She spent an hour doing a thorough eye exam and explaining the results. My general practitioner had recommended the Wilmer Eye Institute when I told him that my eye doctor had not diagnosed my double vision. The reason was probably because the technician who did my eye exam didn't know how to diagnose double vision and she didn't make a note that I was complaining about seeing double, so my eye doctor could address it. Even with glasses, I couldn't see properly. I switched to Dr. Emily Guo at Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute because she is an expert at diagnosing double vision and prescribing glasses with prisims. I love being able to see again! Dr. Guo is worth the wait for an appointment and for the long drive! The eye glasses prices are high at Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute, but the optician is very nice and I trust that my glasses will work, which they do.

Dr Devon Sasser is amazing. He is knowledgeable and extremely kind and so friendly. Love love, love, love him. My husband are delighted with his appointments.

Dr. Sasser is amazing but one of the staff members at the desk? Not so much. The woman who checked me in was kind, but the woman who assisted at checkout was far from kind. She was rude about checking out to begin with and grew more snappy when I asked if I could use applepay, as the card I wanted to use was not with me. She rushed me and did not allow me to try. I also asked if I could take a look at the glasses in office, for which she rolled her eyes at me and huffed. Because the other staff member was busy, I asked the woman if someone could help. She proceeded to become more rude and told me that the person who works in that area "could be back in two hours or whenever." I have really bad anxiety, diagnosed and ongoing treatment. It was really unfortunate to leave on that note, especially because of the kind and informative experience with Dr. Sasser. I will add that I have often experienced issues lately whenever I wear my mask. Five stars for Dr. Sasser and the kind staff member who checked me in. I do recommend Sasser and the entire team of doctors here, but just be aware of this specific staff member.

I think they do an excellent job. I have never had any trouble with any of the staff at the front desk. They have always been very helpful, answered any questions I had and worked hard to find an appointment that would work with my schedule. They have improved the wait time tremendously and I am in and out quickly. The doctors are very kind and caring people and I have been to more than one of them. Two years ago, right after Christmas, I had a terrible eye infection. I got an appointment right away. I was given the correct medicine and several follow up appointments to make sure everything was fine.
