They were very accommodating for an issue that popped up overnight. I had to return the next day as well. Very little waiting. Dr. Patel was super friendly and likeable. I'm not sure the issue was fully diagnosed but cleared up in a couple of days anyway. If this was closer to home I'd definitely return.

First time at this location and I'm completely satisfied. Dr Blemard was kind, attentive and thorough. She asked what my visions concerns were and took the time to listen. She was great! First time I felt I've been heard in years. Everyone that I interacted with during my visit was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. Friendly, knowledgeable and engaging staff. Meg used my online check in information, which saved most of the preliminary paperwork. Lauren completed my initial exam efficiently, Dr. Patel did a thorough exam, clearly explained the results, answered all my questions and recommended next steps. Sara(h?) got me set up for a consult with a provider and provided information for both the doctor and explained how they would assist with navigating the insurance to provide the best choices going forward.
Pleasant office, easy parking and accessibility. Just keep a good lookout for their sign, which isn't large but blocks view of traffic from the right when leaving.
Follow up visit one week after surgery: Dr. Patel was thorough and patiently answered my many questions. The tech who took initial measurements and vision screening was very good, along with pleasant and thorough.

Everyone at this location is professional and polite. Doctor Patel appeared to be very knowledgeable. What I disliked about my visit was I arrived at 2:50 pm for my 3:00 pm appointment. I wasn't called to the back until 3:28 pm. I hope this isn't the norm. No complaints about the rest of the service , it was good. The doctor even provided me with a coupon for over the counter drops.

Had an eye irritation that seemed to need attention. This office was able to work me in same day.. Had a thorough and prompt exam. Luckily wasn't serious. Can't say enough good things about the staff. They were very pleasant and professional. Will be using this office in the future. I would highly recommend them.

Wish I had read reviews before I went so I knew better. They told me their was a contact fee with a range from $65 to $250 but indicated the higher amounts for customers new to contacts. I have been wearing contacts for over 45 years. I gave them my box of contacts that contained my prescription and saw them write down my information. When I was sent to final person, I was told my contact fee was $180. I said nope. They then said my insurance would pay some and it was now $102. I had no choice but to pay in order to get my contact prescription which was exactly what I had given them. I would never go here again nor will my family.
