I highly recommend this practice! I saw Johanna Letts and she was so thorough and super compassionate! She noticed certain things that were a cause of concern and immediately referred me out and forwarded the notes that day! She took so much time with me and performed many tests!

Been going a few years now and nothing but a positive experience. Highly recommend them and the only saying "If you dealt with the rest definitely time to try the best"

I've been to plenty of eye drs over the years and even with that it's been about 5 years since I've had an eye exam and about 3 since I've gotten new glasses, with that I will never go anywhere else for glasses, the staff is amazing. From start to finish they are only professional but take their time to actually get to know you and they hear you. They also broke down every detail of what they were doing and what it does, and you could even tell they enjoy their job. They also helped with my daughter when they could see it would be easier for everyone to get my eye exam done and she loved it. To clarify my daughter doesn't let just anyone pick her up let alone let me out of her sight unless we are at home so that alone showed they are all very genuinely amazing people. I highly recommend them and then some

Dr. Letts is so wonderful. I've been going there for 10+ years. She's very smart, caring and efficient. She is very personable and takes time to explain any questions you have. She's your eye doctor and a friend at the same time. I highly recommend choosing Jacksonville Eye Care! Thank you!

I don't typically write reviews but this office is outstanding. I just went for my first visit to Dr. Letts and found her to be genuine, caring and very thorough in her questions and exam. She gave me 3 different kinds of contacts to test and then scheduled a free visit a couple weeks later to see which I liked best. I chose a pair, was fitted and placed an order. When they arrived, I found out that my eye insurance had unexpectedly lapsed and the contacts weren't covered. I came to pick them up and Dr. Diffendall apologized on behalf of Jacksonville Eye Care and said they would cover the cost because they didn't recognize my insurance wasn't in place. This was completely unexpected because it was really an oversight on my part too but just goes to show how customer service oriented and friendly the whole staff is. Highly recommend.

Our visit was lovely. The staff and doctors here are all wonderful. Our favorite person who helped us was Ms. Donna. She made the process interesting and fun. We are grateful to you all for being here and ensuring we can see all the good in our lives.

I travel an hour to see the wonderful Dr Johanna Letts. She is the best listener and will give you a very thorough eye exam. She is lovely and kind as is the front desk staff.
