I've been using the Eye Center as my primary eye clinic for 20+ years and have always been very satisfied with my service. Dr. Kwak is primarily responsible for this. He is an excellent optometrist and has his patients always in mind. He keeps his patients fully informed as to the status of their eyesight during the visit and makes wise judgements as how to go forward with any issues.

It was my first time visiting The Eye Center as I'm fairly new to the Rockville area and have been in search of all my new medical professionals. I thoroughly enjoyed my time from the time I stepped foot in their office. The front desk administrator was warm and welcoming. The staff was very professional and friendly and Dr. Macy Majid was amazing. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. It's safe to say I've found my new eye center :)

My eye physician, doctor Allen is the best. Dr. Allen takes time to explain the tests that she and her staff does on my eyes. She gives me updates on my eye health. Her staff is kind, helpful, and professional. I buy my eye glasses in the same office and those workers are very kind and helpful to when it is time for me to pick new glasses. I highly recommend this office. There is another eye doctor in this same office to. Thank-you Dr Allen and Staff. Appreciate your services and time with my eye care.

This was my first visit to the office, recommended by friends and I had an incredibly pleasant experience with everyone, from the receptionist to the surgery coordinator to Dr Kwak. Janet the coordinator and Dr. Kwak were friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything thoroughly and clearly, presenting all the facts for me to make a decision, instead of pushing. I felt very comfortable and in good hands for my my upcoming cataract surgery.

I got a serious chemical abrasion in my right eye. And the practice fit me right in with Dr. Foo that afternoon. They then fit me in for an emergency follow-up on the following Friday. Both doctors,Fu and Kwak we're very professional. Gave me lots of details about what to expect and what to look out for. They both made me feel like an individual and not just another patient body sitting in a seat. The support staff are also very good, Marshall is a fabulous optician, and the front desk calf are very polite and helpful.

Dr. Terry Kwak at the Eye Center has been my ophthalmologist for the last fourteen years in dealing with a chronic eye disease and while monitoring other potential problems. A dedicated doctor and eye surgeon, he has been invaluable in maintaining my eyesight and I am so thankful for his skill and diligence. His genuine care for his patients is just one of his gifts as a physician. I want to add too that his staff and technicians are efficient and friendly, and make every effort to make each appointment comfortable.
