My first visit at this Opthamologist was AMAZING! I had been looking for somewhere to have my eyes checked and this location was recommended. From the time you enter, someone is waiting to greet you with a warm smile. My appointment flowed from eye testing to seeing the optometrist. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable. It was important to me that they had updated Technology and this location has ALL technology needed for eye testing. The environment is very clean, soft music in the background to set the atmosphere, great lighting and there are plenty of rooms for testing and doctors. The optometrist (Dr. Caldwell) was finishing up with a patient before me and took the time to come over to the room where I was, to let me know that he would be right in. When the optometrist came in, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and explained all testing and what they meant. He gave recommendations and allowed me to make informed decisions about my eye care and eye wear. I love the way they value their customers and I noticed that everyone was being treated the same. My brother came to this appointment with me and will be making an appointment here soon. He has his own ophthalmologist; however, the service here is EXCEPTIONAL. The optician (Hayley) also took the time to make sure I had the frame of my choice and there are an array of glasses in any brand you desire which are affordable; from eyeglasses, sunglasses, sports glasses, and much more. It is an absolute honor to recommend Severna Park Eye Care for ALL VISION needs. This location provides Holistic eye care and works as a TEAM which goes above and beyond to provide each customer with the best possible service. Make an appointment or Walk-In TODAY, it is WORTH it.

I arrived to a bustling shop and front desk- someone immediately saw me waiting and got a tablet into my hands to start checking in and completing my paperwork electronically. That same person led me back to a room right on time to get started with my preliminary tests and scans. She was friendly and also took time to make sure I was comfortable and informed about what she was doing. Then on to the Doctor's visit... Dr. Linhart was warm and friendly, and walked me through my vision health. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire experience easy, informational, and reassuring. I plan to request him directly for my next exam. Estee helped me choose a new pair of frames. She walked me through different options, gave me good tips about comfort and fit, and guided me towards the perfect pair. She also managed some magic when reviewing my insurance to make sure I could get the best possible price. I'm planning to pick up my new frames in the next couple of weeks. The staff at Severna Park Eye Care excel in service and friendliness, but are also knowledgeable and honest. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location.

I recently visited Severna Park Eye-care and, unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. From the moment I walked in, I did not feel particularly welcomed or acknowledged. There appeared to be several employees present, many of whom were seated at computers, but I felt largely ignored during my time there. Customer service and attentiveness are important to me when choosing a provider, and I left feeling undervalued as a patient. While the office itself seemed organized, the overall atmosphere did not feel warm or engaging. Based on this experience, I have decided not to continue my business there. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

The doctors are thorough and patient. They have an amazing selection of frames with the prices clearly labeled. The customer service is knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. I recommend the warranty on new glasses because it is a great value.

Scheduled an eye exam for 12/30, in order to meet the requirements for a drivers license renewal. Everything went fine, and was told that the test results would be uploaded to the MVA portal to allow for an online license renewal. I started checking the portal 5 days later, and there was no upload. Calls, texts and emails to the company went unanswered. On 1/9 around 10:00 am, I went back to the company to inquire about the upload. I was told that it would be done that day (no explanation as to why it wasn't done earlier), and to wait a few minutes while they also gave me a written version of the test results. A few minutes later, I was handed the written results, and told that they can't provide both a written and online version, and to just go the MVA and give them the written portion. I went to the MVA and they would not accept the written version, as it was prepared on the mail in request for license renewal. I went back to the company and was told that they would upload the results to the MVA portal and to not send back the mail in renewal forms. I have not received any emails confirming upload, and a follow up email to the company has been ignored. Thankfully, I was able to schedule an in person appointment to have my license renewed at the MVA before it expires, but the whole point of scheduling this eye exam was to avoid this by renewing online. The customer service during the exam process was very good and courteous - if you are looking for new glasses there should be no issues. However, I am having a hard time understanding how a seemingly simple task couldn't be completed, and that messages can be ignored. Not a good experience and would caution anyone who is relying on their services as part of a license renewal.

The doctors here take the time to speak with each patient explaining everything while providing options for current treatment as well as options for possible future needs. The staff is excellent, providing friendly and professional service. They treat every customer and patient as individuals, taking the time to ensure your comfort with everything. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Fox was very efficient, knowledgeable, and great bedside manner. Did not rush and ensured no questions were left unanswered: Everyone else in the staff was also super friendly and helpful. Also nice that they made it easy to have the appointment with my toddler. Definitely would recommend!

Great service here. The doctors and the techs are great. They spend a lot of time making sure to get it right. They don't rush you when picking out glasses. Speaking of which, they have a great selection of glasses. Sunglasses, reading glasses and regular glasses. Brianna was hugely helpful. Because of COVID she suggested I go in an exam room to try the glasses without a mask and then helped me choose the pair from a safe distance.
