I've gone to this eye dr office for years. Doctor Jack Stern, OD has always been very good at what he does. He diagnosed me with a rare condition and made sure I got to the right specialist in a good time frame. I moved out of state and still drive 45 min - hour just to get my eyes checked and get new glasses. His staff is always friendly. This time around, the employee who helped me was Hailey. Hailey was a huge help with finding the right glasses and sunglasses, and having her honest opinion on what was the best pair to fit my look was really appreciated. And her knowledge of the glasses and prescription was extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend this eye dr. And office.

I called today because I was in a predicament. I spent the night at my moms house with my kids and didn't have my glasses or another pair of contacts. I didn't feel comfortable driving my kids home because I can barely see without my glasses or contacts. I called here and asked for help and they helped me! I am soooo very thankful for Carly (I really hope I got her name right). She is the perfect example of customer service. Some people are not made for customer service but she definitely is. She is an asset to your business. I just had to write a review about how wonderful this business was to help me out when I was in a bind. I really appreciate your kindness!

I have nothing but good things to say about My Eye Doctor in Thurmont. Every single employee that I came across was sweet and kind, ready to help. Dr Stern was wonderful. I got a smile when I said aren't you glad you're an eye doctor instead of a dentist he did a wonderful job. He answered my every question in detail. I passed my motor vehicle administration drivers renewal. Won't have to renew again for another 8 years! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.
