To ensure a high standard of patient care, I recommend implementing policy and procedures for virtual visits that gives patients options. I recently experienced significant scheduling conflicts where I was present for an appointment without being seen, and later denied service due to provider delays and my 5min delay. Addressing the conflict resolution style of the management team would also greatly improve the patient experience during these scheduling setbacks." Leticia is, has been and will continue to be a disservice to the establishment with her vigilante style office management that is not supportive to customers.
