Fix your hours everywhere. Google, your message and the sign in your window clearly has the wrong hours. You sent me a message that my daughter's glasses were ready and times I could pick them up. I got to your office 30 minutes before you close from your message and you were closed. The message isn't completely automated because you mentioned being closed on the 4th.
Why is it every time I need to pick up glasses your staff make it incredibly painful.

I shopped for glasses after having an eye appointment there the week before, and no one looked up from their phones to assist. 3 employees all sitting at desks looking down at their phones. When someone finally helped, I was told what I was looking for wasn't available and that I should get the model number and size so they could order the frames for me (Rayban Aviator eyeglasses, in gold. Nothing out of the ordinary). The employee just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. The mall offers better customer service.
Dr. Foley was great, but that front staff and the employees working at the adjacent eyeglass store seem miserable and have no desire to assist patients. I'd rather go out of network than to pay for poor patient care.

I am reviewing based on the doctors and the majority of the office staff I have interacted with in my many visits for my daughter (pediatric). I experienced a rude office worker but I got the feeling that they were aware of the situation and appropriate action was going to be taken, so I'm not letting that affect my review.
Both Dr Jensen and the other doctor (can't recall their name, saw them when Jensen wasn't in staff) who saw my daughter are wonderful, friendly, and patient. They are also understanding of my daughters educational delays (difficulty recognizing letters) and are accommodating by still using the shapes eye tests for her. The eye drops are not fun for my daughter and they have always handled her worry in the moments leading up to the drops perfectly. I would never go anywhere else!
Unfortunately the glasses shop located inside does not take our insurance so I cannot speak about that, though when we have checked it out (we have bought back up glasses out of pocket) they seem busy and possibly understaffed at times so we just went elsewhere.

They have changed the business name to avoid the low ratings. Optical center is worst business I've ever encountered. We order prescription glasses for my daughter 3 weeks ago. After a week when I called, they said the lenses were incorrect and they have to send it back. I called again after another week and boy, nobody answers the phone and no one responds to the voicemail. Finally had to go there in person and asked to cancel the order and got the prescription back. Now I have to call the insurance and make sure the order was cancelled. Bunch of incompetent people blaming the Covid-19 for their incompetency.

I've been seeing Dr. Elizabeth Mcginn since I was literally a child! Her check ups are always quick, but thorough! She noticed something signs of a rare, degenerative, disease in both eyes. She referred me to a specialist right away and she was absolutely correct! There's no cure for it (keratoconus), but I did receive an experimental procedure (cross-linking) that's supposed to stop the progression. Thankfully, after about 2 years of observations my condition has not progressed and actually showed rare signs of improvement!!
Long story short she's amazing and saved my eyes from the inevitable permanent vision loss.
