Had a great experience with them today. From the front desk, the techs, the surgical coordinator Desiree and Dr. Samantha Williamson. This was my first visit and was somewhat nervous, they were very friendly, great attitude and answered any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend their services.

My mom was 2 too minutes late and they wouldn't let us check in. There were 30 people in the waiting room. Utterly stupid. 120 seconds before would make no difference. My mom is old and handicapped. She needs a wheelchair. While I was helping her get ready for this appointment she fell on the ground and it took me 10 minutes to get her back up and in her chair. That's why we were too late - an old lady feel down at her sink. This cataract surgery place seems hostile to the elderly who are their only customers. Shame on you. I spent 2 hours trying to help my mom ensure her health and you idiots rejected us because of 2 minutes. Disgraceful.

I was truly nervous however, the entire staff was amazing!! The staff was very kind, patient, and highly informative. Also, although I was nervous, the eye exams that were given, really made me feel I was provided the best care ever! I did my pre registration, and when I arrived, the staff pleasantly attended to me instantly! Once again, I want to thank them all for the professional/ personal care. The doctor was professional, yet really friendly. This was my first visit but it seemed as though I'd been here before.
