Ms. Frances was the absolute best today for my eye contacts class. She was patient and gave me the confidence I needed to overcome an eye phobia. She was actually better than the video that you have to look at. Her soothing voice and easy guidance still plays in my head when putting in the contacts. I think corporate should allow her voice to be the guide for people that struggle putting in contacts. Thank you Ms. Frances your amazing.

I had a truly wonderful customer service experience at Visionworks in Towson Mall.
My daughter's glasses had lost a screw, and I needed to have it replaced. Since we originally purchased the glasses at LensCrafters (with insurance!), I went there first. Unfortunately, I was asked to come back another day, as they seemed to be short-staffed and busy with 4 other customers waiting.
I then stopped by Visionworks, and the experience couldn't have been more different. The team member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They quickly repaired the glasses and even provided a brand-new case for my daughter.
I'm so grateful for the kindness and outstanding service! Thank you so much!

Francis welcomed me and coached me through the retina check and eye pressure machine which was really easy. The doctor listened to my eye concerns and made appropriate adjustments to my prescriptions. I loved hanging out with Jamal and Val to look at various eyewear. Val went out of her way to check for optimal discounts using my insurance because I'm unfamiliar with it. Really amazing and appreciated to have such lovely and thoughtful people help me!

I went in for an annual review and had one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The GM, Jamal is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very informative and patient with questions. Also, there's a tech name Frances who just warmed my spirit and made me feel so welcome and seen. It's seldom you run into people who just live and breathe positivity and joy but Frances is the epitome of that. I'm so thankful to have this team at this location. I used to dread eye appointments and now I'm looking forward to my next interaction with this great team!

Ms. Frances was such a delight and explained to me exactly what I needed to know about my test. Dr. Shana was sweet as well and Amara was a joy while explaining to me options for my glasses.
