They are efficient, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, sensitive to patient needs, and thoroughly professional at the same time. We cannot praise them highly enough.

Over booked, tons people in waiting room, aftet hour still waiting for laser surgery, gave me eye drop 45 min ago, not sure still effect for surgery, place is scary. Nurse coughing all over 6 people jammed into small room.
