Appleton Eye Associates

I went to Appleton in Amesbury a year ago . I purchased my first pair of bifocal glasses from them. I was Using prescription readers a few years before this. The glasses cost me close to $400 and they tried talking me into more expensive glasses, but I refused to pay more. These glasses have given me trouble since a couple months after purchasing them and now I can barely see out of them. I have called and texted several times about these glasses and about the warranty that I paid for and not one single person has responded to my calls or my text messages. It's been about two weeks at the very least since I tried contacting them. There is all kind of spots on my glasses and it's truly affecting my eyes at this point .

Place was super clean and a ton of glasses varieties. Everyone was super friendly as ae went in! This was my first eye appointment and Dr.Lynch was the BEST! She was very thorough, friendly, informative, and knowledgeable! She was able to answer all questions i had overall just great! Definitely recommend Appleton Eye Associates in Amesbury!

Appleton Eye Associates is awesome. I moved from Medford and am so happy to have found such a welcoming and professional eye shop that is so convenient for me to and to have my glasses done in such a timely fashion. The Doctor was so nice and explained everything in detail. Charlotte is the absolute best in helping you pick the right frame.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Susan Rzepka and the Staff at Appleton Eye Associates of Amesbury. Dr. Rzepka is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She is also very welcoming and has always taken the extra time to really get to know me as a patient. I have full confidence in her could not recommend her more highly!

At first impression the secretary who opened the door was not friendly at all. I was told to go into this room where I was seen by a guy who I've seen last year. He did the 5 minute eye exam, billed my insurance and told me that I had to go somewhere else to get my glasses. What is the sense of going to one place for an eye exam and then have to go to some other place to get glasses. This is there new policy. Between there attitude and services Appleton Eye Association is not the place to go. Plus the prices of there glasses, paying out of pocket is outrageous!
