I give Northeast Optometry a solid 5 star rating. As a new patient I was very impressed with Dr. Ko, she is very knowledgeable in her field, she is up to date and has excellent equipment. Her communication skills are also excellent and a pleasure to converse with. I'd like to mention some of the finer points that my rating is based on. Making the appointment was a hassle free and pleasant, I was seated in the examination room immediately after completing the intake forms and the process began immediately thereafter. I would also like to recognize Rachel who handles the appointment schedule, she was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding types of lenses that would suit my needs along with a wide variety of fashionable frames on display. With that said, I will not hesitate in recommending Northeast Optometry to any one of my family or friends.

Dr. Ko and Rachel were both absolutely lovely. They were so patient, explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Dr. Ko was very gentle on my eyes, and I did not experience any discomfort during the exam. Rachel helped me pick out frames that are totally perfect for me. Cannot recommend highly enough !

I had a rewarding experience seeing Dr Ko for diagnosis and treatment of dry eyes, which is one of her specialties. She was approachable and empathetic; she listened attentively while I described my symptoms, asked direct questions whenever more detail was needed, appreciated my concerns, and clearly explained everything I wanted to know about the tests she performed, their results, and her suggestions for treatment. The charge for my visit was reasonable. I'm happy to be one of Dr Ko's patients.

Dr. Ko did a routine eye exam for me and was able to fit me in on a Saturday, which was great for my schedule. She has great bedside manner and was efficient and thorough with the exam. I didn't want my eyes dilated since I had to work later that day, and she obliged. She also did a screening for dry eye, which I hadn't had before. Highly recommend this provider!
