I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this eye clinic/glasses shop, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. My father, a customer at this establishment, utilized his insurance benefits to procure two pairs of glasses. Unfortunately, the nightmare began when we discovered that due to his MassHealth coverage, he was treated with blatant disrespect and incompetence. To add insult to injury, the eye clinic made mistakes on both pairs of glasses. Despite our attempts to rectify the situation by going back and requesting corrections, the response we received was appalling. The staff nonchalantly informed us that the insurance benefits had been exhausted, leaving my father in a perplexing predicament. It's worth noting that one of the mistakes was acknowledged by the clinic, yet they proceeded to ruin the second pair as well. In a desperate attempt to resolve this debacle, I made numerous calls and even visited the clinic in person. Regrettably, the wife, who I assume is part of the management, greeted my concerns with a shocking level of rudeness and attitude. It's disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior, especially when one is simply seeking an understanding of the situation. On the other hand, the husband displayed a slightly more accommodating attitude, but it was far from sufficient to salvage the situation. My professional background involves working at a 5-star eye clinic, where I assist patients and customers on a daily basis. I understand the importance of patience and clarity in explaining procedures, even if it requires repeating information multiple times. Unfortunately, the staff at this eye clinic demonstrated a severe lack of knowledge when it came to eye glasses and optician practices. Their incompetence, combined with abysmal customer service, leaves me questioning how this establishment has managed to stay afloat for so long. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this eye clinic/glasses shop to anyone based on my father's experience. The lack of professionalism, the mishandling of insurance benefits, and the overall disregard for customer satisfaction make it an establishment to avoid at all costs.

First class all day long. Easy as pie to deal with. First time ever got glasses. Any issues solved instantly. It was not their fault. I would go nowhere else period.

They are such amazing people. So great with kids and make getting glasses a great experience. So hekphel too. Highly recommend them.

Personal, local service. Seems expensive on the surface when compared to chain eye glass stores, but when you add up all the fees they charge, it's really about the same!
