Eye doc was wonderful..however, I rec'd a script brought it over to the woman who works in the glasses dept. She asked me if I had eyemed I wasn't sure (wouldn't they know that by my insurance) so she said I wasn't covered for glasses there but I was covered for the exam (doesn't make sense to me) I went home and I do in fact have eyemed. Called them back to see if they accept it which i'm sure they do, so I could just go back and order my glasses instead of going all the way to Leominster and she has yet to call me back..So I guess Lens Crafters will get my business. And on another note, Covid is gone calling from your car is ridiculous!!!!

Terrible, inconsiderate staff. Dehumanizing, inconsiderate, and medically irresponsible. I warned them about epilepsy triggers; they didn't seem even slightly bothered by the warning or concerned and exposed me to flashing lights without any sort of warning regardless. The optometrist seemed disproportionately professional & competent at first, in comparison to literally every other person I encountered during both visits, but in a manner unprecedented, I had to return for a second visit to complete a routine eye exam??? There was nothing unusual about my eyes or situation, aside my epilepsy concerns - so were they trying to get me out lest I have an episode? I arrived on time, but she began the appointment late, and then required that *I* come back. I was told the second visit would be covered by insurance, as an extension of the first. But they certainly billed twice, as though it were 2 separate appointments each at full price - albeit not full (routine) "service" - which I have always managed to get in a single appointment anywhere else. There's no one at the front desk & you have to navigate and exhaustive phone tree just to check in, because evidently the humans there don't do that sort of thing?? Then I was told I was expected to wait in the car until my appointment, even though there's a waiting room and this was well past most people being COVID vaccinated. The parking is terrible and the neighborhood smells like piss & stale smoke every time. I could not recommend them less.

My father showed up for his appointment today and was kept in an empty waiting area for 20 minutes. How is he supposed to work this model of checking in via phone? He is 86 years old! Do you have no care for those that aren't glued to their phones? I am encouraging him to click on NOTHING because of the prevalence of scams on the elderly and now you want him to click on a text message. For shame..... we will be finding another provider.

Wonderful experience. I had just moved here and was having floaters. I have lots of eye issues. They got me right in to see Dr. Patel and she was wonderful, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure and I will continue to be their patient.

So they told me to call on Mon & Fridays because there hours change. I show up on Tue because they told me to pick up my glasses between 8-4:30 on Tue & Thur, traveling here is not easy for me. I showup & once again their doors are locked. AGAIN, except its not Mon or Friday. I had to change my review from a 2 star to a 1 star because you can not do zero. This place is not worth all of the time it takes me to 1- reach them on the phone or 2- catch them in the office. They ordered the wrong glasses, which is why I had to come back, But never again. Once I get the right glasses, I will never come back here. DO NOT GO HERE !!

Had an appointment for 230 and didn't get worked on until 5:30. Sat waiting for 3 additional hours until not a single person remained in the building because they said they were overbooked... really?!? I have to wait until you are closed to be worked on because you don't know what you are doing? Terrible management skills you need to take less appointments or get more staff so times are more accurate.

Just show up without your phone or tell them you dont have one so they will check you in when you get there. Its not worth the time to be on hold for 20 minutes in front of them cause they cant be bothered to hire more people or just check in at location. Legit just show up without a phone. Not your fault they cant check people in at location like everyone else.

I love this place so much but one doctor says I'm going in at 4 o'clock one day and the other doctor says I can't make it so I don't know and it's so good. I love it in their car and something else I would rather let my daughter get glasses and keep on coming back every six months But I love this place so much
