The optometrist and optician here are both excellent! Very kind, with great concern for the patient/customer. The optician is amazingly good at picking out the perfect frames based on the specifications you give (ie the request I *thought* was weird and hard to fill of "I'd like either purple or maybe brown, somewhere between cat eye and rectangle"). The prices are super super reasonable, and we always spend less here for better glasses and a much better experience than we used to spend with The Big Corporate Guys. Highly recommend. I wish I had more local friends who asked me about where they should get their glasses so that I could tell them about this place.

I'm a long time customer and patient. Everyone here is professional, courteous, and super knowledgeable. The Doctor is the best! Bert and the rest of the staff are some of the best in the business! Highly recommended. Great service and very affordable lenses and frames!

Dr. Krosschell was very knowledgeable and super patient with finding me the best possible vision with contacts. The prescription I have hadn't changed but the brand I've worn for approx 8 years was no longer working for me and I had a heck of a time finding a new brand that I saw crystal clear out of. We experimented with 5 different brands that I sampled for a few days each and finally settled on one that works perfectly! He addressed my concerns and explained that even though the trials were the same prescription, each type of lens material would change how I saw through them. Huge thank you to Dr. Krosschell for his help. Bert was also knowledgeable with the frames and lenses I chose for my spare glasses. He figured out what was causing me issues with an old pair I had from a different vision center and helped me pick out new frames to replace it. I am pleased with my new pair! And last but not least, the receptionist is incredibly friendly and kind. She helped verify my insurance was accepted, scheduled my follow up appointments, and ordered contacts for me right over the phone to ship to my house.

The doctor was great, informative and professional! Easy to get an appointment quick was seen on time and was able to buy my glasses easily.
