My mother in law had a 330 appointment and was seen at 530. They prescribed her meds and the order was never sent to the pharmacy She will be seeing a better doctor that wont make her wait over 2 hrs after the appointment to be seen. The money our of pocket for ride changes added up fast!

You'd rather be blind than wait a day to see this doctor. Absolutely appalled. Brought my grandfather in for an appointment yesterday after hearing many horror stories about him having to wait for so long that he would leave. I didnt believe an office could be run this way. The poor receptionist had icepacks on her face and looked like she just had dental/jaw surgery she looked miserable- she couldnt get a day off? Many people were in the waiting room when we arrived earlier than our appointment so we could...actually get in. More than 20 other customers were seated waiting just like us for over an hour and a half without ANYONE being called in. Everyone's time is precious. I've worked in restaurants that run better. In fact, if I were at a restaurant and pulled this sort of behavior I would not only be yelled at but also fired on the spot for being incompetent. For a $30 copay and for nothing to actually be done I can say that we and everyone else in that room had their time wasted.

Saw Dr on an emergency eye visit. The most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Second visit was the same. Yes there was a wait the first visit, but they fit me in as an emergency!! . All staff is friendly and courteous and professional. Everyone was so kind both visits . An employee even let me borrow a phone charger for a long ride home ! This office exceeds excellence. Would 100% recommend Dr. Bruise at Valley Eye.

Poor Care- I was left waiting for 2 hours during my most recent appointment. The waiting room was very busy . It wasn't until I went up to the desk to find out what was going on that I was told my chart had never been passed to the clinician. The last visit (about a year back) I was left alone in one of the rooms for almost an hour (it doesn't take that long for the eyes to become dilated). Will never go back.

Poor patient care, didn't seem to concerned that the prescriptions that his staff called in weren't clear so my mom ended medicating her wrong eye. Given the high volume of elderly that comes through his door it makes me wonder who else is confused and possibly not doing their medications correctly. Tried to talk about it he brushed it off and indicated it was my mothers fault. Don't waste your time, we all deserve better!

Very surprised at the poor level of care. Absolutely no interest in finding what was wrong with my eye. Did not ask questions or look for what was wrong. Basically just said it was fine (it was not) and went back to billing on his computer. I would strongly suggest looking somewhere else for an eye doctor. I have heard Lexington Eye is very good.

A hardworking American doing what is right by himself and his family truly exceeded my expectations of his ability. Just recently Steve Bru performed an outstanding laser eye surgery and now I can see! Thank you Bru for what you have done you have changed my life P.S. Your son Christopher is annoying

I had the same experience as R Willis (2 hr wait), except, I checked at the desk twice and was told I was next and it wouldn't be long before they finally realized my chart was just sitting there in a pile on the desk. I am now here for my second visit and they told me they are running 1 hour behind. Seems like this is their standard.
