Bedford Vision

When is this place actually opened? I recently had an eye exam, and that process was alright. They were running behind schedule, but I guess that's to be expected with most doctors. The exam part went fine and I'm waiting to see how my new prescription compares to my existing one. Here's the issue: I chose my frames after my appointment, but then was called back to so that Bob could do some measurements He shared their hours with me and I told him that I would swing by on a Friday. Despite being told that they opened at 9, I showed up on 12/12 around 1030 and waited for 15-20 min and nobody showed up. I eventually gave up had to go out of my way to return later that afternoon. Fast forward to today, 1/9; same experience. I showed up at 1015 to pick up my glasses and they were closed. There was no sign on the door explaining why they were closed or when they would return. I'm also not confident that they have set pricing. When I had talked with Bob on the phone he provided a quote for my glasses. When I showed up for the second time on 12/12 to place my order he ran numbers, then added a discount. This discounted price was higher than the initial quote for the glasses. In summary, if you book an appointment for an exam, you're probably ok. If you're looking to purchase glasses, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Bedford Vision is great! Dr. Kaymanesh is an outstanding optometrist! She's very knowledgeable and accommodating. Bob is fantastic! He's knowledgeable and helpful! Great place!!!!

This was my first eye exam since i was a child and had no idea what to expect. The entire team there is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Kaymanesh is excellent and very thorough. Now that I need glasses I know where I'll be going every year. Highly recommend!

I had a small issue with my glasses where one of my lenses kept popping out. I took it to BV and Robert Dicesare fixed it free of charge! Above and beyond service!

This was the nicest eye doctor and fellow employees I have ever been too. It is a nice small establishment and Dr. Kaymanesh was very thorough with my exam and also a very sweet person. Both of the employees that work there helping the doctor were both very helpful and friendly! I really appreciated how kind and caring Dr. Kaymanesh and her staff was! If you are looking for a good eye doctor I highly recommend this place!

Would highly recommend. Dr. Kaymenesh is super helpful in finding you the right prescription. She guided me through the entire process when I got contacts for the first time. I have a tight schedule with school and sports, and when I requested appointments on days she typically isn't available, she went out of her way to accommodate me. Dr. Kaymenesh is very caring, patient, and understanding to everyone she sees. The front desk staff are also very friendly and willing to help, whether on the phone or in person.

Bob (the optometrist) has been helping me for over 8 years. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He recently obtained another pair of frames for me when I broke them (exactly like my old ones that I really wanted). I highly recommend Bedford Vision.

Highly recommend this place!! The Dr. was so patient with me (I had bought my 8 month old with me and he was getting fussy during my appointment), she also took the time to explain everything to me and I didn't feel rushed. I always struggle with the "puff in the eye" exam, and she was the first eye doctor to get me to pass the exam on the first try!! The Optician was also super helpful! He took great care to get my the frames/lenses I needed. 5 star experience all around!
