Without a doubt, you will be well cared for at All Eye Care Doctors. The entire staff is welcoming and works together to ensure that patients have a superior experience. Dr. I was wonderful in assisting me. My visit was an emergency involving a corneal tear. Dr. I saw me immediately and took quick action to stop the pain and prevent further damage. In addition to being a highly respected ocular disease specialist, Dr. I is caring, listens to your concerns and clearly explains treatment and options.The office in Burlington is a state-of-the art facility with easy access and parking located in the Burlington Mall Village plaza. There is an extensive selection of eyewear at all price points. I would highly recommend Dr. I and the staff at All Eye Care Doctors for regular and specialized eye care needs.

I will NEVER return. I purchased rimless eyeglasses at a cost of about $2,000. AECD took several weeks to make the lenses. Throughout, communication was bad. When I tried on the frame, I noticed that the eyeglasses were crooked - if the bridge sat straight on my nose, the frame was slanted. If the frame was even, the bridge was slanted. I pointed this out to the sales person who said, 'that's the best we can do.' (!) They drilled holes in the lenses that were not symmetrical. They were made incorrectly, no quality control apparently, and a sales person who did not care. I will never go back.

The associates and Dr. I are nice but I waited at least 40 to 70 min every time I came in for an appointment or followup. I had one initial and two follow up appointments, toral of three appointments here. On my last follow up, I asked for the first appointment of the day specifically because I didn't want to wait. I still waited 45 min to see Dr. I. I don't recommend this place.
Update: Someone from the practice reached out to understand what happened. He was very courteous and genuine. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll go back for next year's annual exam, but I do hope that they straighten out their wait time issue.

Stay away from this place!!! They are very pushy on selling unnecessary examinations (usually not covered) and treatments (usually not covered either), and make you do digital retinal screening with the eye exam without any other options (usually you can have a dilation option) to make more money. Also they don't respect your time, long wait and then reschedule your appointment.
Too many tricks in this place and I will definitely not come back. I don't know how come they have so many positive reviews on Google Maps, but I can tell most of the negative reviews are true.
