I became a patient of Dr. Rong's this past summer and I am very happy I chose her. She was absolutely great and very thorough. She set up this skeptic with multi-focal contacts which worked so much better than I expected with very little time needed to adjust. I found Sandra to be great as well, helping me through the process of picking out a pair of frames that I am very comfortable with and have since received many compliments on. I frequently stop for lunch at the establishment next door and Sandra ALWAYS recognizes me and says hello.

Awesome! Highly recommend. I had an eye exam and glasses and contact prescription. Dr. Rong was so professional and nice. She was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly, I had about a dozen questions. She gave me really good suggestions on different contacts since my old brand was bothering me and I couldn't be happier with this new brand. The two lady's at the front desk were also very nice and friendly. I forgot my insurance card and they found my information without any issue, it made my day. They were also very well organized.

Walked in without an appointment and was welcomed warmly by Sandra's smiling face. She helped me try on glasses and provided honest feedback, and even offered to note my file so I could order them during my upcoming scheduled appointment. From start to finish she has been amazing, and super helpful every step of the way. Sandra has left me with a lasting impression with her funny voicemails and fun atmosphere she's created in the office. Since visiting a few months ago, I've referred all of my friends to Eye Care Optics and would highly recommend to anyone. In a world where even "good" customer service barely exists anymore, she knocked it out of the park. Thank you, Sandra! I'm already looking forward to coming in again next year!

Turns out my doctor prescribed incorrectly. Although, it's been more than 30 days since I bought the lens+frame from these guys, they were very understanding and helped me with replacing it with the right prescription. The owners are very friendly and nice. They answered all my questions without rushing through. I picked this place originally because prices were cheaper compared to other places I had visited. Highly recommend them.

Pleased with the service and diagnosis. The doctor is very smart and experienced. My eyes were checked with great accuracy. The contacts and eye glasses provided to me are great. The site manager Sandra is very charming and beautiful. So your eyes feel good already by looking at her face.

I completely agree with the other reviewer "Jim". Dr. Bing Rong is extremely polite and pleasant to talk to. She always asks how I am doing, family, work, .... I like to go there just for that after a long day at work. Unfortunately, her receptionist is by far the worse and unprofessional. A few times, they made me feel uncomfortable there. I usually don't buy contact in the office after my eye exam. The price they offer is double what I pay for online, and I have to come back to the office and pick it up. Online order, the price is cheaper and the company sends straight to my house. It is very convenience. The receptionist usually makes it difficult or almost refuse to give me the prescription. It is a strange environment.

One of the headlined reviews was taken out of context. Saying "she rolls her eyes" and whatnot, but they were talking about a receptionist. This doctor is fantastic and polite. She found what other optometrists could not, my vision has never been better, and as shy as I am, I still remember the pleasant conversation with her. Having said that, I agree that the receptionist could've been a bit friendlier. Fortunately, that was a small fraction of my visit.

Very pleasant office. The Dr and her staff were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of helping me choose a new pair of glasses. Would highly recommend Eye Care Optics for anyone looking for a new pair of frames.
