It was a great experience! Fast, efficient, straightforward.... Dr. Lee was wonderful and very sweet. The only downside was the cost for a full eye exam for someone uninsured was misrepresented on the website. It was actually about 30-40 dollars more expensive than what I could find published online. It was 185 dollars total and I was fitted for contacts and glasses.

Dr. Whitney was excellent. he was very knowledgeable he took his time and he was really great about explaining to me what was going on with my eyes. he also went as far as to explain to me what could happen if the problem I had with my eyes was not taken care of and how I should deal with it if something should happen. I definitely rate doctor Whitney as excellent and would refer my friends to him

Dr Le was very professional and took the time to explain the changes she was making with my prescriptions. Richard (optician) was also very helpful with choosing new frames. Overall, a good experience.

My Ophthalmologist Haoi was awesome! . Very professional and patient. She took the time to explain some questions I had during my visit. However, the front desk/checkin guy was bit unprofessional. I was one of two individuals in there and all he did was complain how overwhelmed he was ( at 11 am!). I can understand when places get busy, people get frustrated but we were only two people. And all he was doing was verifying some discount information for the other person.

I got terrible experience today during my effort finishing all the health requirement needed for my job. I saw Dr Chloe Somers at LensCrafters (EZ Eyecare) in Burling Mall (in Macy). After testing my eyes, she asked for my insurance card, then took a photo of it and sent it to someone. After some time she chat with the person then told me that I did not have vision coverage, which was a big surprise to me. I told her that I visited LensCrafters in Vernon CT numerous time with my medical insurance (which includes vision coverage). Eventually I didn't have the prescription without paying out of pocket. I called my insurance company - it took like 20 minutes or so to get connected to someone - but I wanted to clear this out as I may get the same issue again. However, Dr Somers refused to talk to the insurance representative, saying that she was with her patient, so I waited, and waited until her patient came out. I told her that my insurance confirmed my vision coverage, but this time she refused to talk to the insurance representative about the issue, saying she didn't have insurance expertise, and gave a phone number to call someone. My insurance representative then called the person, then told me the person wasn't interested in looking into this. End of the day I wasted half of my sick leave for visiting this location. Never be back to this place.

Dr. Hoai Le and Richard Ludwig were so helpful with my eye exam and helping me to decide the best frames for my face. They both are wonderful and I recommend them to everyone.

Terrible!!! This is the location in Macy's in Burlington ma. Dr O'Shea was late for my appt by 45 minutes and blamed it on the front staff. She wasn't even in the building. She then rushed through my appt and gave me a horrible prescription. I asked her at end of exam if I had a problem with prescription could I come back and she replied that she has already given extensive time on exam and wouldn't be able to do anything further. I now own a pair of glasses that I cannot see out of.

The OD who did my examination is one of the friendliest and kindest people I have met. She was very thorough and took her time. I have recommended her to all my family.
