I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Feifke. He is calm, professional, and truly takes the time to walk through each part of the eye exam, explaining everything clearly and thoughtfully. I never felt rushed and really appreciated his approach. Karen at the front desk is a true champion. Her patience, kindness, and reassuring tone are such an asset to this practice. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.

Great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to help with everything--from explaining my insurance clearly to guiding me through the frame selection. They also helped me prepare for the purchase of my glasses so I knew exactly what to expect. Awesome prices and a great variety of frames. Highly recommend! Will be bringing my whole family back here!!

The selection and staff here in Burlington have been head and shoulders above all the other local shops I've been to. I came in last night about 30 mins before closing and Nate was kind enough to set aside all the frames I liked until this morning, when I could return with my girlfriend to make a final selection. Today, Nancy was attentive and thoughtful, offering the needed "tie-breaking" opinion on my favorite frames! Using my VSP was a breeze and the glasses will be ready in just about a week! A big THANK YOU for not only the best selection I've come across but top notch customer service too! The process was easy and everyone from rep to management was enjoyable to work with! I'll definitely come back here for my next pair!

Have been seeing Dr. Feifke for many years. Always comprehensive and effective care! Office also does a great job at fitting me with nice frames and high quality lenses.

I scheduled two appointments for myself and my wife with MyEyeDr in Burlington because they were listed under my insurance provider as an in-network option. At no point during the online booking process was I asked about my insurance, so I reasonably assumed they would accept it. When we arrived, the staff asked about our insurance and then informed us that they do not take it. When I questioned why they hadn't validated this ahead of time (especially since they are listed under my insurance), I was met with rudeness and indifference. This was a complete waste of our time, and the lack of care or concern from the staff made it worse. If insurance is not accepted, this should be made clear upfront online or at the time of scheduling. Very disappointing experience... Lack of customer service skills and zero empaty! They made us go all they way there and didn't make a difference to them the fact that their name is in the insurance as in network...

Came in for an eye exam and asked about getting a pair of glasses I bought online shaped for me. They were very helpful and shaped the glasses for free! Super kind and helpful staff.

The worst place ever! Staff do not know anything, continuously make mistakes. We had to came to this place four times, still the order is somewhere else. Do not waste your time here. -Update after a year: We went there after a year and the staff were more friendlier than before and took care of our requests and needs. Still small place for three back to back areas for customers selecting the glasses, it gets worst when the other staff are in loud conversations.
