This was my very first experience with an eye exam leading to prescription glasses. I've got to say that the Visionworks team at this location exceeded my expectations. From the friendly staff, amazing doctor and extremely helpful gentleman who assisted me at the time of pick up. The appointment was easy to make. Communication was perfect and the entire process was much easier than I expected. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. My glasses are perfect and were ready within 2 weeks. I appreciate the folks here and would highly recommend this Visionworks to everyone. 10 stars if I could.

The people there were excellent!they were able to attend my vision issue and provide world class service. They attended to my needs when I came in for the first time in this location. I'm very grateful that they let me have my appointment very late,and rescheduled to try out contacts. I haven't worn contacts in over seven years, they were very generous and patient with me to try them out and get my contacts on properly. Also they we're able to confirm the issue with one of my eyes stigmatize and adjusted based on the best vision for my eyes when wearing contacts. overall great experience and lovely people!

It was my first time meeting Dr. K, her bedside manner is fantastic and she really helped explain everything going on during my appointment. I believe it was James that helped me pick out some frames. I absolutely loved them, I ended up getting two pairs. He helped find my style and picked out what flattered me best.

I went to this location recently for the first time after having been to a few other locations. I can definitively say this was the best experience I have had by far. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was kindly explained to me and all of my concerns were taken into consideration. They made great recommendations that would cater to my vision needs and be specific to my lifestyle.
The true highlight of the experience was frame selection process. Marylou Geiger is a true gem. It was a breath of fresh air to interact with someone dedicated to providing great customer service while being very intentional about educating me on taking care of my glasses. She explained my insurance coverage of my frames thoroughly and made sure she explained the cost breakdown so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The interaction was genuinely pleasant and I learned a lot even some great tips on day to day life things. Marylou is a treasure, she is definitely the reason I will be coming back to this location.

As someone who was new to wearing glasses, I was of course, anxious about it. How to pick the right lenses, frames, etc. I had an exceptional experience at Visionworks in Burlington thanks to MaryLou Geiger. She went above and beyond the call to help me choose the right frames, give information and recommendations, and help with the purchase. In the end, I bought my first prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses with a great promotion they were having at the time. She was very friendly and her great demeanor made the whole experience very positive. When there was an issue with the glasses that I received, MaryLou was on it and got the issue taken care of. I have recommended that my friends go see MaryLou for their glasses, and I will definitely be returning to this location whenever I have to. Thanks again!
