Warby Parker Burlington Mall

I was way overdue to get my new prescription filled (due to the fact that thankfully distance eyeglasses are not a matter of necessity for me - yet)(the reading glasses have been a necessity now for 20 years) and not looking forward to going to the Burlington Mall (which is closer to my new house), having previously patronized the Harvard Square store. Luckily I could easily negotiate the terrible corridors of the mall and found it smack dab in the center of the mall. The staff was lovely, I got a wonderful salesperson who quickly intuited what style I would like, and I left a happy customer, having bought 2 pairs of glasses which are to be delivered to my house.

I've been getting my glasses at Warby Parker for more than five years, and this was my first experience using their eye doctor. Booking the appointment online was easy, and check-in at the front desk was painless. The eye doctor was knowledgeable, quickly assessed what I needed for my prescription, and sent me on my way. While the exam was quicker than most, I didn't feel like anything was missed. Afterward, I went back to the front desk and within 10 minutes had ordered my new pair of glasses. Most importantly, the person helping me made sure to apply my eye insurance to my purchase, which saved me almost $200.

Stopped in to get my new glasses adjusted. This is usually a tedious process since my ears are uneven and I am particular about the fit. The opticians were patient and willing to keep working on getting the fit dialed in. Lexie and Francine did a great job, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and outcome.

Warby Parker is truly the best place to purchase eyewear. Quality,price,service the best. My whole family uses Warby Parker and is extremely pleased. I am a senior and have worn glasses since third grade. I have tried many places over the years and have found Warby Parker the best. Don't waste your time shopping around stay with the best they do it right!

Unfortunately I don't remember this woman's name but she is the absolute best! Short blonde hair, great attitude and has the best personality and sense of humor!! Sorry I can't remember her name but she's the reason we stayed and got glasses. The guy who helped us first must've been new, very nice guy but he wasn't sure of pretty much any questions we had.. very nice guy though! I'll still recommend people to go here

Went to the Burlington Mall store for an eye exam and to purchase glasses. Staff (especially Nicole!) was very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Great selection of glasses at great prices. Would highly recommend.

I just had a horrible experience at this Warby Parker store. I used the small amount of free time I have away from work and my children to try and buy a new pair of glasses. After I picked out a pair that I liked I tried to purchase them. The associate seemed surprised I wanted to purchase them in store and then scolded me for having an expired prescription in their system. She told me it was like trying to buy drugs without a prescription. I told her I had gotten my eyes checked last year and was surprised the prescription expired. She reiterated it was illegal for her to sell me glasses and centered the conversation around how she would get fired if she sold me the glasses. At no point did she offer that I call my optician to see why the prescription expired, or point out that I could have gotten my eyes checked in store. After I left I called my optician, who found that my prescription was not expired and I was able to purchase the glasses online. I wish I could have purchased glasses elsewhere after this experience, but had already gone through the work of finding frames that I liked.

Went to the Burlington Mall store. Staff was very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Great selection of glasses and great prices would highly recommend.
