Professional and personable staff! I've been in with my son often who is not easy on his frames. We are consistently greeted with a genuine smile followed by asking what they can do for us. They are all patient with my son as well as respectful and kind. When we needed specialty frames, Lisa worked hard to get them. No matter what we've needed, they were extremely accommodating with a smile.
