Dr. Niel Schram is definitely one of the best optometrists I've ever had. Not only is he professional and courteous, but you can tell that he's very experienced and has seen pretty much every quirk and problem you could have with your eyes. I've been to quite a few optometrists before, and he was telling (and showing) me things about my eyes that I had never known before. He makes the entire experience very relaxing and easygoing, as though you're getting checked out by an old friend. He also offered me some good advice about living in Charlestown! The location is great, the service is great, and I really don't know how I could have improved my experience!
