The experience at this eye care practice was exceptional from start to finish. In particular, the lady who assisted stood out for her warm personality and outstanding service. (I forgot the names of everyone when I was there on 2/24/26 around 5:00 pm but everyone that was there was super helpful! They all engaged with my brother and I to find the best option for the best price. They explained the warranty thoroughly and even the problems with his eye. Really enjoyed the visit. Best eye doctor office I've ever been at! Thank you!

Nancy, Ben, and the rest of the staff members were fantastic. Answered all my questions and listened to my feedback carefully. The optometrist was located remotely, but the virtual session was nearly as good as interacting with an actual person on-site. We finally worked out the cost of a new pair of eyeglasses using my insurance and vision care. Overall, excellent experience at this location.

I haven't had an eye exam in 10 years, so I was a bit concerned when I say that you met virtually with the optometrist. When I called with my concerns, Aura answered every question I had and put me totally at ease! She also happened to be the tech that took care of me while I was there and she was phenomenal! It was quick, simple, and I left with my prescription in no time. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing my frames there either which was awesome

Wonderful people in the location! Deandre is a rock star! I forgot the tech's name, but she was very friendly as well. The only thing that I didn't like is that there are no Drs on sight. They come on line. I'm old fashioned I guess. Doesn't feel very personable.

Both technicians were very professional and thorough even with delays. Nancy was very happy to engage in conversation while we waited. Very sweet woman. This is my fourth year of eye exams and glasses from here and I will definitely come back next year.

Such a great experience. Eye Exam went quick and smooth. All my questions were answered thoroughly. I was skeptical at first about the virtual portion and at the end of it I was very pleased about how it went. Would highly Recommend.

Amazing experience i love this myeyedr! You are all rockstars. Speedy exam yet still very thorough and i was explained my benefits its great detail so i get the most for my money! Will always keep coming back when the team is that good!
