First visit to Target Optical Everett and I'm impressed! Dr. Liu was friendly, thorough, and clear in explaining everything during my eye exam. Also, Neil was awesome--top-notch customer service!

doctor liu double booked my appointment slot and took the other patient first (who arrived after me) without checking in with the office staff. extremely unprofessional, i left and made an appointment with a different eye doctor and had a much better experience.

Dr Liu was kind and thorough. Her and her team were inviting and informative. Dr.Liu did a wonderful job with my exam and explained what she did and why and answered my questions in between. He colleagues were very helpful and let me know what my insurance allowed and how I could use it. A pleasure and I will visit again.

I did my eye exam at Target with the doctor Ying Liu who speaks Chinese. During the whole service, she was really rude to me. Yelled at me while we were working on the eye exam. After we finished, she passed me to the front desk people to deal with the contact lens service, then I ended up with some questions about the brand of the contact lenses. I tried to ask if she can help with it, but she was really rude and said that she got no time for me. The front desk lady was nice and she tried to help to explain the details with me. I decided to listen to the front lady's suggestion to try the sample they gave first, then come back for ordering my package with them. I checked the eye exam prescription from the doctor Ying Liu, then I realized that she had written the primary prescription on the Sun Glasses area. So I went to ask if she could wrote me a new version of the prescription. She snatched the paper I was holding, and keep yelling at me. She kept yelling that she had been working there for so long, she had never done anything wrong, and she was professional. I tried so hard to hold my emotions during this conversation. Then she kept yelling for a little, saying at the same time that she wouldn't need to rewrite it for me. I asked her a few times again and again, and I did need to have a new version due to this issue. Then she tried to erased the numbers on Sun Glasses area. I tried to tell her that if she erased the things on the paper, I would want to have her just write me a new version. Because I was not sure if the erased eye exam prescription will work. But she did not want to write it for me and kept saying to me she wouldn't write me a new one. Then she brought the one she erased to showed the front desk lady, I told them I just needed a new version of that eye exam prescription, and it won't take her too long to write it. The front lady told her to write me a new one. While she went back to the room to grab the new paper, she kept yelling that I was wasting her time and that she had no time for me. How come she could yell at me in public and tell me that I was wasting her time? I was so mad at that point, then I told her, I paid for my service today and I tried so hard to hold my emotion as a customer. This experience makes me feel so disappointed. This is not a good service they should provide to customers. I will not recommend anyone go with this Dr. Ying Liu, becasue she is really rude. Her personality makes people feel sick. I will recommend that she go to see a psychologist if she needs.

Dr. Liu was great. The exam was professional, quick, and to the point. She gave me options without trying to sell me on anything I really didn't want. Which I really liked. I picked my frames out and was processed by Cristina, who by the way was awesome. She was professional, friendly, and helpful. She also showed me how to get discounts. How could anybody not love that? The answer is just in case you didn't know is: They can't. I can't wait to pick up my glasses!!

I have been going to Dr. Ying Liu at the Gateway Center Target for my eye exam for many years. The location is great, frame selection ample, customer service very good, eye exam thorough and professional. I am happy to continue using Dr. Ying Liu's service at this Target location.
