A really bad experience with this business. I made my eye appointment with them months ago, wanting to patronize a local business. I'm disabled and went into the office, to make an appointment, and they guaranteed that they take my insurance. Just a few hours before my appointment they called to tell me that they don't take my insurance. They very easily could have told me that in February, or anytime over the last two months, or even when I made the appointment! With the markup on frames and lenses they have a nerve, charging $215 for eye exams!

Amazing customer care and service. My appointment was right on time, and I was treated like a part of the family on my first visit. They did all the tests, were very informative, and helped me pick the best glasses for me. My insurance covered most of the costs, and I got my new prescription glasses in a week.
They also have a lovely old boi named Marley, an adorable Labradoodle who is incredibly cute and walks around the office greeting people and sleeping. I think I will be a long time customer/patient.

Entire staff are highly skilled, friendly and willing to work the extra time necessary to ensure your glasses fit correctly. VISION Depot has a large selection of lenses and frames including my favorite Oaklie frames. They even serviced my wife's frames for free. They are able to grind and fit most lenses in house having to only send out significant corrections of special lens treatments.
