We have been bringing our granddaughter to this business since she was born, and always had good experiences here. But on our last visit to the pediatric clinic, on 12/16/2025, we were unpleasantly surprised by very rude and unwarranted treatment by the receptionist. The woman targeted us, I am left to assume, because we are seniors, and maybe because we are an interracial couple. When we asked her what we did to offend her, she said something about having to "watch the elderly!" The NP who saw our granddaughter was superb, but due to the shabby treatment by the receptionist, I'm afraid we can only give this business 3 stars. This receptionist needs a course in civility and how to deal better with the public.

My children see Dr Tadiri and have had a great experience. Nursing staff are quick to call back with concerns, and they can fit you into their schedule anytime you need. Dr Tadiri listens to concerns and is very helpful.

They used to be ok but during the last few years , as the practice and their company grow larger , their quality of work has gone down significantly . Majority of the good doctors either left or got retired and their new doctors have been ordered to be quick and just give you the illusion of seeing a doctor . The primary care doctors don't even bother to check you for physical exam and only ask you " how are you " ? ???

I've been to many Reliant locations, and this is by far my favorite. The staff to be super friendly, and Dr. Sansoucy is the best primary care I've ever had.

Be sure to remember that the little information booth looking desk near the elevator is not just an information kiosk but their actual check in. It was our second time there to see my fiance's new doctor, the first time the only reason we stopped at that desk was to ask where we were supposed to go as it was our first time. This time we forgot they had told us that was the check in, so we went directly upstairs and my fiance "checked in" at one of the many open desks upstairs. When he told them he was there for Alyssa at 11:40am, we arrived at 11:25am btw, the lady asked him his information and to spell his last name. He did that and she told him that he was all set, to anyone that tells you you're checked in right??? So we sat waiting until 12:40pm when he went up to the SAME WOMAN and asked what was up because we had driven all the way from Brookfield to this appointment which he needed. She asked him if he checked in downstairs, he said no because he didn't know he was supposed to and that he checked in upstairs. She asked who he talked to, he told her SHE was who he talked to and that we had an appointment that I had to get to in an hour so we had to reschedule his. She claimed she didn't know what happened and now he gets a message just now saying he was a "no show". We showed up, early, and the receptionist outside the offices acted like we were checked in only to tell us later we weren't. If there were any openings in Auburn we'd prefer to go there because that's where my doctor is and its much easier and faster to get to. We were NOT no shows, we just misunderstood that the information booth looking thing at the entrance is the one and only check in and were mislead when we got upstairs and attempted to check in there. Take notes from the Auburn location please, even before they moved they had everything working much smoother ever since I've been going to even my grandmother's appointments as a kid at the old location.

Dr. Sansoucy is my and my husband's PCP and we're super pleased. She and her staff are responsive, they listen, they care. We're very happy with the care we receive at this Reliant office and highly recommend it. Our son's pediatrician is also at a Reliant office, albeit a different one, and we're beyond pleased with that doctor and office as well.

Dr Newsom's office has been pretty good to my wife. Getting her help for a suspected infection recently by using Dispatch Health to get her looked at without needing to go to the office. They, Dispatch Health, prescribed an antibiotic that took care of it. I wasn't able to get treatment for myself that was as good though from another provider in this office. The small lab on the first floor is convenient as well. There is an optical center and check in area on the first floor. This building is handicap accessible. The lab door and optical center doors are not powered.

Morgan Brescia is an exceptional healthcare provider. She demonstrate compassion, and clear communication. She listens to my concerns and explains clearly my options . Her professionalism is evident. She is well informed. I am very grateful for the secretaries and nurses that call . They are professional and kind.
