Was not informed until I arrived that despite their online system indicating my insurance was accepted, it was not, in fact accepted. They had a week to contact me to cancel and expressed no concern for wasting my time and mileage. If you choose to come here, call first and make sure they don't pull a bait and switch for mid-exam out of pocket charges.

Great office with friendly staff and optometrists. I have been to other LensCrafters for my eye exams and this was one of the better ones. Dr. Silva did my eye exam and was very efficient and informative, explained everything and was very kind and professional. Hassle-free visit for contacts and glasses prescription update!

I went to lenscrafter today. The Doctor that did by eye examination. Her name is Anna and she was very thorough, kind considerate. And explain everything to every detailed. After my exam I went into the store. Just like when I first arrived and went in, nobody spoke. I stood there for over 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me except a young man named Demara, and he was very pleasant and helpful. Demara helped me pick out the perfect frame for my face and help me by taking pictures so that I could see what it looks like when I have my glasses on. I asked a young lady that was in the store where the coach glasses were and she act like I was bothering her. This is not the first time that I went into that lenscrafter, at the Holyoke Mall and being treated like a second class citizen. They need to know that when you're in customer service. You need to be pleasant. No matter what your day look like. However, Demara was a super star and he was very pleasant and kind. I appreciate all his help. I have recommended a lot of my friends and family to lenscrafters, and to be treated in that manner is unacceptable. But thanks to Demara I will always return.

Dr Robert Silva was really great you was able to answer all of my questions. He also ensured that we understood what he was doing the benefits of different things. The only reason I wouldn't give a five star review is due to the quietness of the front desk they were hard to hear when checking in and the desk wasn't accurately labeled on where to go.

I had a great experience at their office! They were quick professional and got me exactly what I needed! I will definitely be back! I don'y normally leave reviews, but in this case i felt i had to. Excellent service and friendly staff!!

Dr. Silva is so professional and kind. He really seems to know his stuff and he explains everything along the way which I love. At every other eye doctor I've been to, I feel like such a number on a conveyor belt, just being directed where to look and kept in the dark about what the doctor is doing or looking for. Dr. Silva was lovely and left me with no questions to be asked and no confusion to be had. Beyond that, Dr. Silva was able to diagnose astigmatism in both my eyes which has never been caught before. I have NEVER left an eye doctor appointment seeing so clearly. I had thought my prescription was so bad that I would be unable to reach 20/20, but really all I needed was the right eye doctor. Thank you Dr. Silva for your excellent service. (Also the front desk people are very kind as well!)

Dr. Mai is incredible. She was able to find an issue that would've gone overlooked. She was able to take my constantly slightly blurry vision to now constant clarity. Very grateful for her. The receptionists are also very sweet.

Booking an appointment for three people was smooth. Great location, easily accessible in the mall. The Optimotrist at Orlen Eye Care are top tier, very knowledgeable and friendly. Certainly recommend for eye care.
