Dr. Lisa Traveis

Truly the loveliest eye doctor I've ever been to. The office is such a warm and welcoming environment, and Dr. Traveis was so knowledgeable and kind. She made sure all my questions were answered and that she got me in contacts that are not just pretty good, but the very best option for me. I wish I knew the receptionist's name but she was very sweet as well! Definitely go to this wonderful practice!

Dr Traveis is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. You are not rushed. She takes time to make sure all your questions are answered and your lens are a perfect fit. The environment is extremely clean, bright and the staff pleasant. When my husband had a stroke Dr Traveis was very helpful getting names of doctors dealing with his issues. She's the best.

My first eye appointment at this office was a great experience. The ladies at the desk were helpful and friendly. Lisa Traveis was professional and informative with my questions and concerns. We always have a great experience with Dr. Traveis and her staff. She takes the time to know her patients and our changing needs, gives a thorough exam and has a good selection of frames to choose from.

Dr. Traveis was kind, personable, thorough with her exam , and helpful to both myself and my 11 year old daughter who came in with me to look at glasses. I had had a less than helpful experience in another north shore office, so she was a breath of fresh air.

I was looking for new eye care, as the last few places I've been weren't the right fit. I've had focusing issues for a long time but didn't feel like my doctors were patient enough with me so I ended up with a poor prescription. I was referred by a coworker and couldn't be more thrilled! Dr. Traveis listened to my complaints and was beyond patient with me. She explained things better than anyone else had. She also set a plan out for me so I can ease into my new prescription without it being too intense. I'm looking forward to being able to read more than 15 minutes at a time!! Thanks Dr. Traveis!! :)

Dr Traveis and staff are wonderful. The office was very inviting and the staff were friendly and very helpful, I had no problem up my initial appointment. In the past I would find a new eye doctor every few years when I thought I needed a new prescription but now I have found a doctor and office that I feel comfortable with and will stick with.

This is the best eye doctor I have ever had. She cares about you the whole time. She's so easy to talk to, and just all around lovely. Her receptionist is so sweet and amazing, too. You'd never be disappointed going there.
