Dr. Vo cares about her patients and can be seen in the storefront should she need to inform a patient of anything pertinent. Responsible provider who explains in detail. Havent had eye doctor explain why my script needed to change even though my vision was not worse- delaying the eye aging process. Staff are friendly.

The lady at the front desk and who did the initial tests was the best - very kind, made good conversations, and made the space feel safe and comfortable.
The Doctor did not, I felt rushed and she had a bit of a tone at times with me because I couldn't hear her or didn't know. I would go back for the front desk woman but need to see a different Dr.

Had to cancel my daughter's appt last Spring due to a last minute test scheduled at her school. Called all day and noone answered to phone. I also had an appointment at the same time. I was threatened by Dr. Vo that my daughter would be "Kicked out" of the practice if she had to cancel another appointment because she is so busy that other patients have to wait for appointments. Mind you, in my over 10 years at this practice, I have never not been able to get an appointment 1-2 days out. They aren't that busy. This "lecture" was done in the middle of Lens Crafters, in front of other patients and was completely unprofessional. Attempted to reschedule her today. Got a text that I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $40 cancellation fee for her appointment because of the issue in the Spring. Called the office - big surprise - no one answered. Spoke to woman at Lens Crafters who was actually horrified by all of this. Buyer beware.
