Our experience with Kelly N. Pouliot was very disappointing. My husband was treated for double vision and prescribed prism lenses. After the glasses were made exactly as prescribed, it became clear the prescription was incorrect. Despite the seriousness of the issue and the fact that the visit was paid out of pocket, there was no timely follow-up. We waited several days with no call, and when we contacted the office, we were told this would be addressed at a routine follow-up two weeks later -- even though my husband could not drive or work due to double vision. This was not a routine case, and the lack of urgency and accountability was concerning. We ultimately sought care elsewhere and were seen promptly. I would not recommend this provider for cases that require attentive follow-up or timely correction.

Someone please tell me when exactly it is professional to tell a patient they can leave without giving them an explanation or results on what was found?! As soon as this man entered the room he told my mother "you're all set, you can go" it wasn't until shtodaye asked him what's going on that he gave her information on what he found. I don't know how he runs his practice but I have NEVER heard of a doctor treating patients this way. Rude and completely unprofessional. He should be ashamed of this interaction. I'm am absolutely livid at the way my mother was treated

Had my appointment today and just want to say that this crew is second to none their personalitys their professionalism just everything about everyone in this office I dealt with Jolie... Kelly.... And my eyes were so dilated I can't seem to remember what the woman's name was that helped me pick out the glasses you are great as well... thank you again guys you were AMAZING not for one minute DID I feel anxious or anything it was a very good experience all around and I normally have a tough time with appointments and I get extremely nervous but not here it felt like part of the family. And everything that was being done was explained fully as we went along with the testing which really helps..... I learned so much about the eye today just in a matter of being at my appointment. AGAIN THANK YOU ALL

Very pleased. They fit us in as new patients very quickly. Kind, efficient, friendly. Dr. Pouliot was terrific.

Went in for an annual exam. The staff was friendly and Kelly was very thural. Highly recommend.

Dr Kelly, saw me same day I called, diagnosed me, nothing too serious, thank goodness, and I'm seeing better tonight already, Very Good Doctor, Very Good Staff, Thank you Dr Kelly, would absolutely recommend!!!
